Shipping and Returns

We aim to dispatch all orders received by 3:30 pm the same day, Monday to Friday, subject to items being in stock.
We will arrange for delivery of the products you order by Royal Mail or DPD to the address you specify in the checkout procedure. However, the time for delivery will not be essential to the contract between us.
If you do not take delivery of the products or supply adequate delivery instructions, we may cancel your order and retain the products. In this event, we will refund you the price of the products only; you will be liable to pay any delivery charges.
If there is an error or any other delivery problem in respect of the products ordered, you must notify us in writing within 7 days. We will not be liable for any loss or damage if you fail to do this.
Once an order has been dispatched, you may return the goods within 30 days of receipt. Goods must be unopened with seals intact. If an item has been used or opened, we cannot accept a return due to potential denaturing of the product.
To cancel or return goods, please contact us via email quoting your order number.

Warranty
